Readable URLs
Jadu Central has a simple utility that enables switching between either dynamic ID or human readable URLs at the push of a button.
When the application is set to generate human readable URLs (as in the screenshot below), unique URLs will appear in the following format:
www.mysite.net/info/005/information/10/contact_us
When the application is set to generate dynamic ID URLs (sometimes useful for integrating with knowledge or CRM systems), URLs will appear in the following format:
www.mysite.net/site/scripts/documents_info.php?documentID=303&categoryID=100005

If you are using the Photon template system, you must not disable readable URLs.
Navigating to the Readable URLs area
- Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar. The Settings menu will open.
- Click the Readable URLs link in the third group of links. The "Readable URLs" form will now be shown.
