Admin statistics
You are able to monitor the activities of all the people that have access to the Jadu Control Center.
Accessing Admin Stats
To access Admin Stats go to Utilities, then Admin Stats.
Report fields

The report can take a while to generate due to the potentially large amount of data being generated.

Report details
| Report | Notes |

| Login Analysis | Login analysis displays which users have logged in and how many times in your chosen time frame |
| Page Access Analysis | This reports which specific pages within the Control Center have been accessed (not updated) and how many times. |
| Browser Analysis | Browser analysis reports which internet browsers have been used to access the Control Center along with a percentage. |
| Operating System Analysis | This reports the different operating systems used to access the Control Center. |
User actions
To access actions taken by admins, go to the Login Analysis section, then the Action column.

| View site modifcations | Which sections within the Control Center have been created, updated, deleted, approved and made live. This will include which specific user, the date and time of modification, the action taken and a description. |
| View access log | Access listings displays every section accessed by which specific user and the date and time. |
Report Templates
Report templates can be created, and scheduled to be sent to an email address.
Creating a report template
To create a report template:
- Go to Report templates. The template form will be shown.
- Complete the template details and click Save to save your changes.

Scheduling reports
You can schedule reports to be emailed to you at a particular time and regular intervals.

Before you schedule a report to be run, you must have first saved a report template.
To schedule a report, try the following:
- Navigate to the Admin statistics area, and click the Schedules tab. The schedules form will be shown.
- Complete the schedule details and click Save to save your changes.

Deleting a scheduled report
To delete a scheduled report:
- Go to Utilities, Admin Stats and access the Schedules Tab.
- Choose the report you would like to delete from the Schedule drop-down.
- Use the Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion of the scheduled report.
