Types of homepage

Homepages can be published as either the index page, a category homepage or an independent landing page.

Category homepage

This page is displayed when a website visitor clicks on the navigation generated by the website's taxonomy structure.

Independent landing page

A page that does not display under the website navigation generated by the website's taxononmy structure.

Index page

The homepage of your website that a visitor lands on first.
