Selected Interventions Echo

Navigating to the Selected Interventions Echo area

1. Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar. The Settings menu will open.
2. Click the Integrations link in the first group of links. A list of integrations will now be shown.
3. Click the Selected Interventions Echo option in the list of integrations. The Selected Interventions Echo integration form will open.

Integration elements

The integration consists of:

• a suite of predefined logics to retrieve waste collection data for a property, including:
  • Get Task Info, Next or Last Collection Date
  • Get Task Resolution
• a suite of XForms Components for surfacing available services unit data as a dropdown list:
  • Echo Service Unit Tasks
  • Echo Service Assets

Integration Log

The integration 'Log' tab displays a record of:

• actions carried out and which Administrator was responsible
• when the integration was enabled and disabled
• any errors returned from Selected Interventions Echo when testing the provided details

The log shows the most recent 250 entries, and can be searched by date, Administrator, error text or status.
