Whitespace PowerSuite

Navigating to the Whitespace PowerSuite area

1. Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar. The Settings menu will open.
2. Click the Integrations link in the first group of links. A list of integrations will now be shown.
3. Click the Whitespace PowerSuite option in the list of integrations. The Whitespace PowerSuite integration form will open.

Integration elements

The integration consists of:

• a suite of predefined logic to retrieve waste collection data for a property, including:
  • Next Collection Date
  • Next Collections Table
  • Non Collection Reason
  • Street Complete

Integration Log

The integration 'Log' tab displays a record of:

• actions carried out and which Administrator was responsible
• when the integration was enabled and disabled
• any errors returned from Whitespace PowerSuite when testing the provided details

The log shows the most recent 250 entries, and can be searched by date, Administrator, error text or status.
