This integration gives you:
- to look up property and street addresses from your web services in form components
The corresponding specification for implementing your web services against is available at: https://www.jadu.net/support/manuals/address_finder_guide/
Navigating to the Address finder area
- Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar. The Settings menu will open.
- Click the Integrations link in the first group of links. A list of integrations will now be shown.
- Click the Address finder option in the list of integrations. The Address finder integration form will open.
Once the Address Finder LocatorHub integration has been successfully enabled in both Jadu Connect and Jadu Central you should only use the Verified Address - Address Finder and Verified Street - Address Finder components for property and street lookups. This will ensure the address selected in Jadu Central can also be retrieved in the case in Jadu Connect.
If you use the Address Finder integrated components on your form and want to send the address data to Jadu Connect you will need to map the QuestionName - Property Identifier variable or QuestionName - Street Identifier variable. This will ensure that Jadu Connect can retrieve the correct address.
Integration elements
The integration consists of:
- a form component to allow customers to look up a street using the name of the street
- a form component to allow customers to look up an address by postcode
