Hyland OnBase - Autofill Keyword Set Value

The Autofill Keyword Set Value Form Logic allows data from an AutoFill Keyword Set to be retrieved and used within a form submission.

The first step in configuring the logic is to select the AutoFill Keyword Set. Whilst it is possible to pull data from the extended user data AutoFill Keyword set, the logic isn't restricted to just this set, any can be used.

Then you must select the Keyword value which is to be retrieved from that set.

Finally you must map the primary keyword value (the value of the first Keyword in the Autofill Keyword Set record), which will be used to look up the value of the Keyword selected in the previous step. This can be mapped such that the value comes from a response given in the form, a static value, or a value that has been calculated or looked up in another logic.

If during the form submission, a record cannot be found using the primary keyword value, the logic will return an empty value.
