Hyland OnBase - Fetch Document Keyword

The Hyland OnBase - Fetch Document Keyword Form Logic allows specific Keyword values to be retrieved from a given Document.

Configuring a "Fetch Document Keyword" Form Logic

When configuring the Logic, the following settings are required:

  • Document Id - you can map any form response, variable or logic result. Alternatively you can enter manual text by typing it into the search box for the field and pressing the return key.
  • Keyword - the Keyword value that you want the Logic to retrieve from the Document. You can select from any Keyword Type in OnBase that the Service User has access to, therefore you must be careful to select one appropriate for the Document's Type. As a Logic can only return a single value, if the Keyword has more than one value, these values will be returned as a comma separated list.
  • Return formatted keyword value - whether to return the formatted version of the Keyword value, where it has been formatted using locale specific formatting and Keyword Masking settings.
