Previous question prefill

Sometimes it may be useful to prefill a question with the value of a previous answer.

For example, consider a case where you need to collect delivery details as well as contact details.

You can use prefills to default the name for delivery to the name entered in the contact details, to prevent the customer entering it twice.

Add a prefill for each value:

1. Prefill the element with the value from a previous page e.g. the name question on the 'Contact Details' page.
