Managing supplements
Supplements are specific items of re-usable content such as adverts, images or additional navigation items that you can add to your document pages and homepages.
The Supplements section allows you to add specific content such as adverts or contact details to a predetermined location within your page (specific details of the location and type of supplements that you can add within Jadu Central will vary depending on your organization’s requirements).
These are placed outside your actual document page content usually to the sidebar or below the page content. The exact positioning options will be specified by your organization, within the website templates.
Types of supplement
A number of types of supplement are provided for you to assign to your content. Additional supplement types may also be available that are unique to your organization.
Navigating to the Supplement management area
- Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar. The Settings menu will open.
- Click the Supplement manager link in the second group of links. A list of supplements will now be shown.
- A supplement type listed can be adjusted by clicking the appropriate view, below the Actions button.
From this view supplements can be deleted.
