Account pages
Jadu MyAccount transforms your website into a powerful customer relationship management tool. With integration with Jadu Connect, customers can create a personalised account that allows them to access all of the organisation's services in one place.
They can track service requests, view past form submissions, make payments, and access account information, all from within their MyAccount dashboard.
This not only streamlines the customer experience, but also enables you to efficiently manage interactions with customers from one central platform.
Creating account pages
When the Jadu Connect integration is enabled, account pages can be built using Jadu Central Homepages.
As with all homepages, widgets can be combined in any way you choose to support your visitors with signposting, events, forms, targeted content and more.
To create an account page:
- Build the page in Homepages using the account widgets provided, and any other widgets available in Jadu Central
- Save the page, and submit it into publishing workflow so the content can be approved and published
- Navigate to the Jadu Connect integration page in Utilities
- Enter the address of your account page in the Individual account homepage field. You only need to enter the part of the address after the domain, eg.
/my-account
You can use a friendly url to provide a memorable shortcut to your account page.
