Supporting businesses with Jadu Organisation Accounts

You can use Jadu Connect Organisation Accounts to provide additional support for businesses that interact with you. A visitor could have a personal account (for things like checking bin collection dates or arranging bulky waste collections), and an organisation account when they work for a business has its own separate interactions with you (for example a teacher managing a SEND application for a child).

An organisation account administrator can use Jadu to add additional users to their business to allow them to manage cases. Business users can be created as ‘standard’ users by the organisation account administrator (the person who registered the business) to view and raise cases, or given ‘admin’ status which enables them to invite other users.

Organisation Account Homepage

You may wish to create an 'organisation account' homepage that provides relevant content, links and cases to users with a linked organisation account. When you create an organisation homepage in Jadu Central Homepages you can use the Organisation widgets to show cases and account information for the organisation only.

As with all homepages, widgets can be combined in any way you choose to support your visitors with signposting, events, forms, targeted content and more.

To facilitate organisation interactions we recommend building a homepage specifically for organisation accounts and providing a link to this page from your account page using the My Account: Organisation Account Links widget.

To create an organisation account page:

  1. Build the page in Homepages using the account widgets provided, and any other widgets available in Jadu Central
  2. Save the page, and submit it into publishing workflow so the content can be approved and published
  3. Navigate to the Jadu Connect integration page in Utilities
  4. Enter the address of your account page in the Organisation account homepage field. You only need to enter the part of the address after the domain, eg. /business-account

Use the MyAccount: Organisation Links widget to provide navigation to manage an organisation account in Jadu Connect.

The My Account CXM cases widget can also be added to display all of the Jadu Connect cases related to the organisation that the signed in user has permission to view by configuring it to use the My Organisation filter
