Bartec

The following predefined calculations can be used to surface data from Bartec Collective through form logic.

• Bartec Collective - Valid Property: will return a true or false value depending on whether a property exists in Bartec Collective or not.
• Bartec Collective - Registered For Assisted Collection: will verify a given property is registered for Assisted Collections in Bartec Collective using the 'Assisted Collection Description' setting in the Bartec Collective Integrations Hub Page.
• Bartec Collective - Non Collection Events: will return a user friendly list of non-collection events at a property from Bartec Collective. This will either be for the current day, if the calculation is ran after 4pm, or the previous day, if the calculation is ran before 4pm.
• Bartec Collective - Check Property has Garden Waste Container: will check if a property has any garden waste containers registered against it in Bartec Collective.
• Bartec Collective - Get Collection Dates: will return the next or previous collection date of a particular job type at the specified property, given a start and end date to search between.
• Bartec Collective - Garden Bins at Property: will return a user friendly list of garden bin types at a property from Bartec Collective, if there are any garden bins at the property.
• Bartec Collective - Future Workpacks: will return a list of all possible workpacks within a date range where it is possible to add a Service Request relating to a particular property and task.
• Bartec Collective - Chosen Booking is Available: will verify that a chosen date for a Bulky or Scrap Metal Collection is still available to be booked.
• Bartec Collective - Check Service Requests: will return 'Yes' or 'No' depending on whether there's an open service request for a specific bin type and service request status.
• Bartec Collective - Can Report Missed Collection: will return 'Yes' or 'No' depending on whether a customer is eligible to report a missed bin collection. It will return 'error' if Bartec cannot be contacted.
• Bartec Collective - Chosen Booking is Available: will verify that a chosen date for a Bulky or Scrap Metal Collection is still available to be booked.
