Behaviour of Date Criteria

Dates are calculated when the export job is added to the queue for processing, not when the job is actually processed.
You may run an export at 11:12:00 but the job isn't processed until 11:30:00 due to the number of jobs ahead of it in the queue. When the job is processed by the queue, the date and time criteria is calculated from 11:12:00 and not 11:30:00.
