Pricing Groups

You can set the price of a booking depending on the following factors:

• Time of day
• Day of week
• Concession prices
• Booking length
• Facilities used with booking

A Pricing Group may be used by one or more calendars.

Viewing Pricing Groups

Pricing Groups are displayed showing:

• Label
• Number of rules it is used with
• Whether it is in use

By clicking on a Pricing Group label you can view the pricing rules associated with it.

Creating a new Pricing Group

1. Navigate to the Pricing Groups tab
2. Click the New Pricing Group button

Pricing rules

To create a pricing rule:

1. Click the New Pricing Rule button

The following fields are provided to store data about event configuration.

Field	Notes	Required?
Label	A name to describe this pricing rule, this may be publicly visible during booking. For example: Off-peak	✅
Days	Days this rate applied to. You must select one or more days	✅
Months	Months this rate applied to. You must select one or more months	✅
Hours	Choose the hours from and to (24 hour clock)	✅
Rate	Choose a price per hour or per day	✅
Segments	Choose the segments the rate applies to. You can select more than one.

Deleting a Pricing Group

You are unable to delete a Pricing Group that is in use. To delete a Pricing Group you must delete the Pricing Rules within the Pricing Group first.

1. Tick the Pricing Group(s) that you would like to delete.
2. Click the Actions drop down. Choose Delete selected.
