Content status

Content can exist in a number of states.

  • Live
  • Offline (effectively archived)
  • Visible
  • Invisible (online, but not listed in site navigation)

Changing content status​

Content status is changed by the following:

  1. Open the page for editing.
  2. Click the live/offline toggle.

The content status will be immediately updated on the website.

Troubleshooting​

  1. If the page is subject to approval to publish changes, it will need to be approved at least once before it can be made live.
  2. Also, where content has a visibility status, it must be live before it can be made visible, where that state is available.
