Groups

The Groups feature of Galaxies is used for two separate function:

• Includes a standard Enterprise group used to define the scope and use of Homepage widgets across Galaxies websites
• Enables Galaxies websites to be grouped together for translation workflow

Managing Galaxies groups

Groups are managed via the Galaxies menu.

1. Click the Galaxies icon in the left navigation bar. The Galaxies menu will open.
2. Click the Groups link in the first group of links. A list of sites will now be shown, with links to create new sites if your account has the appropriate access permissions.

Group fields

Field	Notes	Required?
Title	The name of the group.	✅
Members	The Galaxies websites that are part of this group.
Translation Group	Whether this group is part of a translation workflow.
