Additional reports are available that pull data from third party integrations you have enabled within your website.
Cludo analytics
Cludo analytics reporting allows you to view information relating to how users use your search, provided you have the Cludo search integration enabled.
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| All search words | Each search query that has been searched for on your site. |
| Search words with results | Search queries which have been searched for on your site and resulted in search results being returned. |
| Search words without results | Search queries which have been searched for on your site and resulted in no results being found. |
| Ineffective searches | Search queries which are deemed ineffective - which is a search where a user hasn't clicked on any of the returned results (highlighting the results are not relevant to the user). |
| Most popular pages | Most popular pages that users visit from your search results page. |
| Search origination pages | Webpages that users have searched upon. |
| Banner statistics | This log lists banner uses over a set time period. |
Homepages using OnBase Custom Query Configuration
This report will list all homepages containing a Hyland OnBase - Document List widget using the selected Custom Query Configuration.
OnBase WorkView Filter Configuration Usages
This report will list all homepages, form logics, and form page template which use the selected WorkView Filter Configuration. Usages may exist in:
- Hyland OnBase - WorkView Filter Results widgets
- Hyland OnBase - WorkView Object details widgets
- Hyland OnBase - WorkView Conditional Content widgets
