Admin reports

When an admin has been deleted from the system, their actions will remain logged and may be mentioned in reports.

Where this occurs, the admin will be referred to as "Deleted user: [admin-id]". For example, "Deleted user: 643" where 643 is the unique id of the admin.

Name	Description
Admins by status	Generates a list of username, name and email address values for all admins on the site that match the current status. Status can be set as either enabled or disabled.
Admins by two factor authentication status	Generate a list of username, name and email address values for all admins on the site that match the current status. Status can be set as two factor authentication enabled or disabled.
Changes made in period	Generate a list of date, admin name, admin username, action and description for all content changes on the site. Report can be set to run over the last 24 hours, last week, last month, last 6 months and last year, and on all admins or a particular admin on the site.
Dormant admins in period	Generates a list of names for all admins on site that have not been active in the given time period. Time period can be set as last 24 hours, last week, last month, last 6 months and last year.
Most active admins in period	Generates a list of admin name, username and number of actions values for the admins that completed the highest number of actions in the given time period. Time period can be set as last 24 hours, last week, last month, last 6 months and last year.
Pages accessed in period	Generates a list of date, admin name, username and page URL for all pages access in a given time period. Time period can be set as last 24 hours, last week, last month, last 6 months and last year and the report can be run on all admins, or one specific admin.
Successful admin logins in period	Generates a list of admin name and date values for all admin logins in a period. Time period can be set as last 24 hours, last week, last month, last 6 months and last year.
