Changes in Behaviour

When a Jadu Connect user account is linked to a SAML account the ability to change the users details will be limited.

My Settings

Jadu Connect users can manage and update their details by clicking on their name and selecting My Settings from the dropdown list. On this page SAML linked users will see an information panel informing them that the account is linked to a SAML Admin Authentication account and changes need to be made via the SAML Admin Authentication website.

Users will not be able to change their First Name, Last Name, Email Address or Password from this page and should make these changes in their SAML account settings.

User Administration

Jadu Connect users who have access to manage users will have limited access to manage SAML linked users. First Name, Last Name and Email Address fields under the user record will be disabled. An information panel will be shown informing them that the account is linked to a SAML Admin Authentication account.
