Click to Call

Enable this integration for Jadu Connect to customise the formatting of telephone links throughout the application, in places such as:

  • Telephone case field columns on the cases dashboard
  • Telephone fields when viewing a person
  • Telephone fields when viewing a case

Click to Call configuration

  • Enter the template code according to the documentation on the page
  • Select the user role(s) that should view telephone links rendered as configured above

Notes

If the integration is disabled or a user does not belong to one of the selected roles, a standard tel: link will be generated with only the telephone number.

If a user does not have the "View all people" privilege, no person reference will be included in any telephone links.

The schema of custom links should adhere to RFC 2396.

All telephone numbers are normalised to the E.164 format.
