API Applications

To start using the Data Export API, one or more API applications should be registered in the Control Center.

Each API application provides a secret access token, which can then be used to access the API. The token is only displayed once, and cannot be regenerated.

In order to create an API application, a callback URL must be provided. Jadu Central will notify this URL when the status of a requested job changes (see API Notifications).

Creating an application​

Create a new application in the Data Export area of Jadu Central.

The token will only be shown once. Make sure you make a note of it before proceeding. If you misplace the token you will need to create a new application to get a new token.

Use the Copy button to copy the token to your clipboard.

Disabling an application​

  1. Navigate to the Data Export management area and open the export record.
  2. Click the API tab, a list of applications will be shown.
  3. Click on the name of the application you want to disable.
  4. Toggle the Enabled setting to its off position.
  5. Click Save.

It is not possible to delete an application, if an application is no longer needed disable the application.
