Document Feedback

Overview​

The Document Feedback module allows visitors to provide feedback directly on document pages throughout your website. This feedback mechanism makes it easy for users to quickly share whether a page was helpful or not, leave detailed comments, and optionally include their contact information.

Key Features​

  • Reviewing Feedback: All feedback submissions can be reviewed and managed through the CMS interface. This includes:
    • Marking feedback as reviewed to track outstanding items
    • Viewing full feedback details like comments and contact information
  • Customisation: The module allows you to customize the user-facing fields and options through the admin settings, such as:
    • Renaming field labels (e.g. "Comments" to "Additional Feedback")
    • Changing the quick feedback options displayed to users
