Searching

The search field at the top of the Jadu Connect control centre can be used to search for person records, cases and organisations using a number of variables.

Searching

You can search using:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Postcode
  • Part address
  • Text case value
  • Case reference

Use multiple criteria to narrow down your search results. For example, Smith LE19.
