Service APIs

Required to connect Jadu Connect with Jadu Central and allows other external systems to push/pull data to/from Jadu Connect. A service API is linked to a single user record within Jadu Connect. The case types that this user has access to determines the actions the permissions that the API allows any other platform/system to create/update within Jadu Connect.

It is recommended that a specific user is created with an identifiable name such as 'API User' in its own Group so that all required services can be set for this group.

Multiple different service APIs can be configured to different users if required to ensure that external systems can only access services that are relevant.
