Data Import

This is the method for importing Person records into Jadu Connect (likely one-off exercise at implementation) and importing existing ‘cases’ into Jadu Connect (for example if a service has existing subscriptions to be carried over into the new platform).

If you are importing cases that you plan to link to addresses, you will need either a valid UPRN for each address or the Jadu Connect Address reference (if the address already exists within Jadu Connect). If you are importing cases that you plan to link to Jadu Connect Person records, you will need the Jadu Connect Person reference.
