Filters

The dashboard view can be filtered to create work queues or filters that can be used for managing cases.

These lists of cases can also then be exported in CSV format if required. Filters can be set up based on any or a combination of the following criteria:

  • Choice field (dropdown and radio button options only)
  • Case Date
  • Case type
  • Assigned Group
  • Assigned to me
  • Created
  • Created today
  • Last updated
  • Recently viewed
  • Starred cases
  • Status
  • Transitioned today

To create a new filter select the New filter option from the Filter option and then use the Filter By option to specify the criteria for your filter. If you select a choice field then you select one or multiple options for the filter criteria. Multiple fields can be added to build up more complex filters.

Having created a filter when save is selected a choice as to what users have access to that filter must be selected. The ability to share filters is a role based permission. Options are:

  • Just the user who has created the filter
  • All users who are in the group the user who created the filter is in
  • All users of the type of the user who created the filter
  • Everyone
