Enabling Business Account Registration

To enable individuals to be able to create and manage access to their business account there are certain actions that are required in both Jadu Central (if using Jadu Central for your business portal) and Jadu Connect. These are:

  • Create a 'MyBusiness Account' page in the Jadu Central including
    • Addinging a 'Register link to register a business
    • Add MyAccount - organisationLinks widget. This widget provides a link to the organisation details view in Jadu Connect (/my-organisation) and the organisation users view (/my-organisation/users) for Organisation Admin users
    • Add MyAccount - Jadu Connect Cases widget and create a corresponding filter in Jadu Connect. This widget will return to the website all of the Jadu Connect cases related to the organisation that the user has permission to view.
  • Add a link to the 'MyBusiness Account' page from the 'MyAccount' page in Jadu Central
  • Enable user permission in Jadu Connect. Please note these permissions should not be given to the customer/citizen/student role.
    • The Manage all organisations permission allows users to create an organisation account, edit an organisation's details and manage users for the organisation.
    • The View all organisations permission allows users to search for an organisation and view an organisation.
  • Enable users to register for an organisation account through enabling the option under User Administration > Registration labelled Enable organisation registration.
