First Steps

  1. Decide on your URL and complete the account provisioning forms. Jadu will require this to provision your sandbox and live accounts and verify your email.

  2. Purchase your SSL for your MyAccount domain (if applicable) - Jadu will require this as part of the live Jadu Connect account creation process.

  3. Identify your project team. Do you have the right people to deliver digital transformation?

  4. Determine your first case types. Do you have the current process documented as a basepoint for designing your first case type(s) in Jadu Connect? Consider the difficulty of implementation, are there integrations etc? Start simple if possible.

  5. Obtain or track the metrics for your first case types - to enable ROI to be calculated later on.

  6. Arrange the training dates for your project

  7. Identify your current online forms - where are they submitted to / are there any systems they currently update / what are the volumes of the forms?

  8. If you are an existing Jadu Central customer are you up to date with your Continuum releases? If not then you will need to arrange an update release so you can take advantage of the latest functionality.
