Emails not sent/Letters failed to generate

There might be some instances where your emails have not been sent or the letters for the case type have not been generated. In that case, please check the following:

1. First place to check would be the email/letter template. If you see an error shown like in the image below, then re-add the twig in the template. The error means that the twig has the wrong syntax/formatting.

2. Next place to check would be who the emails are being sent to.
