Filters

The dashboard view can be filtered to create work ‘queues’ or ‘filters’ that can be used for managing cases. These lists of cases can also then be exported in CSV format if required. Filters can be set up based on any or a combination of the following criteria:

  • Choice field (dropdown and radio button options only)
  • Case Date
  • Case type
  • Assigned Group
  • Assigned to me
  • Created
  • Created today
  • Last updated
  • Recently viewed
  • Starred cases
  • Status
  • Transitioned today

To create a new filter from the Dashboard view select new filter from the Filter menu.

Selecting the + allows selection of your criteria.

Having selected the criteria you can then select the specific values required for the filter. Multiple selections can be made within a criteria.

Additional criteria can be added using the + option. To save the filter select the Save option.

Depending on the user level of permissions the visibility of the filter will be:

  • Only to the user
  • All to users group
  • All to users type
  • Everyone

Individual users can manage which filters they want visible in the dashboard through the cog on the right-hand side of the Filters bar.
